MEGA Electronics Inc. provides customers with the DC/DC and AC/DC converters up to 100 Watts needed to meet their performance and financial requirements. The original MEGA M-Line of converters has been enhanced with the Continuum C-Line adding additional wattage, features and universal input AC/DC converters. All parts are ROHS compliant and available with a variety of options, such as metal cases, continuous short circuit protection, isolation up to 10kV from input to output, isolation between outputs, and remote control pins. All MEGA converters are 100% electrically tested throughout the production process, both prior to and after potting, with the final circuit and hi-pot test coming after burn in. Potting compounds are blended in a vacuum lowering the risk of air bulbs forming in the converters, a major cause of product failures. As a result the converters have low failure rates and high MTB lifetimes. Many of the converters are UL recognized, cUL and CE approved and can be found under the MEGA UL file number E308433. In addition to the converters shown here, parts can be adjusted or custom manufactured to meet specific input and output voltages.
